Smart Access Control
Every Hopewell360 home has app-based options for building access, lighting, heating and cooling, smart toilets, and EV charging stations from day one.
Modular Construction
We build 80% of our structures in climate-controlled production facilities before installing them on-site. This cuts build times in half, ensures consistent quality in any weather, and reduces material waste with price certainty.
THE BUILTWELL MODULAR PLANT
OUR FACTORY
Designed and developed by Hopewell360, the proposed Builtwell Modular Plant will be a modern 234,000 sq. ft. facility producing net-zero ready housing starting Spring 2028. Using innovative fabrication technologies, it will deliver housing that is both cost-effective and energy-efficient.
