Solar energy on site – solar photovoltaic panels provide immediate power to run your integrated system of heat, air conditioning, water heater and appliances. A battery saves some of the power for use at night or on low-sun days, and excess energy produced is sold to the grid.
IMPROVE YOUR ENVIRONMENT
Our installed low voltage lighting is optimized for use with solar power. The energy-efficient performance and low UV emissions deliver comfort and cost savings and it has the smallest carbon footprint available on the market.
MODULAR CONSTRUCTION
Hopewell360 structures are 80% built in a production facility, then installed at the site. This cuts build time in half compared to conventional processes. By working in a climate-controlled factory with ready access to materials and tools, we produce well-built homes in any weather and every season.
This allows us to create high quality living spaces with modern floor plans, attractive finishes and advanced features—from solar power and high efficiency mechanicals to app-based access and environment control—for about the same cost as traditional buildings without those technologies.
Our manufacturing facility will operate on a “net zero energy” principle. Over the course of a year, we generate as much energy from our solar PV panels as we consume. We apply the same idea to the apartments and houses we build, so you save on energy costs from day one.
ACCESS CONTROL IN YOUR HAND
Every Hopewell360 living space includes app-based controls for building access, smart locks, lighting and temperature—even account management. You have high speed internet service the moment you walk in, plus EV charging stations on site in case you ever want to go anywhere.
